Welcome to TMT, a platform designed to connect air travellers with extra baggage space
("Carriers") to other travellers in need of additional baggage allowance ("Senders").
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our app or
services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TMT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy].
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have valid government-issued identification.
Confirmed booking on a valid commercial flight.
3. User Roles
Carriers (User A): Share available baggage space on their flight.
Senders (User B): Request to send extra baggage through a Carrier.
Both parties must verify their flight details and agree on the terms of the baggage transaction
via the app.
4. User Responsibilities
Carriers are responsible for transporting baggage as agreed and complying with
airline rules.
Senders are responsible for ensuring their items are legal, secure, and appropriately
packed.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, perishables, and items restricted by
airline policy.
5. Matching and Agreement
Matches are generated based on flight data.
Upon confirmation, both parties enter into a mutual agreement documented within
the app.
Any financial exchange is held securely (e.g. via semi-wallet or escrow) until
confirmed delivery.
6. Payments & Fees
TMT charges a service fee on each transaction.
Payments are held in escrow and released upon Sender confirmation or after dispute
resolution.
Optional add-ons (e.g., insurance, priority matching) may incur extra fees.
7. Disputes & Resolutions
Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of flight arrival.
TMT will investigate and make a final decision.
Funds may be refunded or released depending on investigation outcome.
8. Insurance & Liability
TMT may offer optional third-party insurance. However, TMT is not liable for loss, theft,
damage, or legal consequences arising from the transaction.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
TMT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse.
Attempt to bypass the platform for off-app transactions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform designs are owned by TMT and protected under
applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Modifications to Terms
TMT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the
platform after changes implies agreement.
12. Governing Law
